All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our Blind Date with a Book experience, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges — part of the magic is the surprise!

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Reach us at contact@newcolorsproject.org with a photo and we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

All books and bundled items (bookmarks, pens, highlighters, stickers, annotation tabs, and other goodies) are non-returnable once shipped.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
